EXPO XXI Warsaw International Expo centre, is the most prestigious and innovative multifunctional centre in Poland, suitable for exhibitions, conferences, seminars, meetings and banquets.
EXPO XXI covers 10,000 sqm of flexible exhibition space, with minimum height and weight restrictions. The halls are fitted with underground channels for all water, electricity and internet supplies, making almost any type of space arrangement possible. The 3 main halls can hold up to 5 events simultaneously, with a further 3 conference rooms for up to 800 delegates, and the facilities can easily accommodate larger meetings up to 5,000 guests in one of the centre’s flexible halls.
As Poland’s first “smart venue”, EXPO XXI Warsaw provides the latest in IT and communications and offers, an innovative central reservation and booking service for exhibition and event organizers, via telephone and the internet.
As an organiser, exhibitor or visitor you will find that the centre provides convenient on-site services such as stand design and construction, freight forwarding and customs clearance as well as marketing and printing services.
EXPO XXI Warsaw International Expocentre is Poland’s brand new, state-of-the-art exhibition and conference centre located in the heart of Warsaw. Since EXPO XXI Warsaw first opened its doors for business in September 2001 the centre has hosted a variety of events, including exhibitions, product presentations, conferences, congresses, banquets, concerts and balls.
EXPO XXI Warsaw offers 10,000 sqm of column free indoor space. The halls have been built so that water, electricity and Internet facilities are supplied throughout the centre by way of underground cabling channels, making almost any type of space arrangement possible.
The centre works with leading telecommunication service providers making high speed internet access and video conferencing available throughout the venue.
EXPO XXI Warsaw and its partners provide in house technical services including stand construction, customs clearance and forwarding, catering and marketing services.
