Pultusk

Pultusk lies on the river Narew. At the vast 400 metres long town square stands a Baroque town hall with a defensive Gothic tower. Further along are the fragments of defensive walls with two bastions and the 15th century collegiate church complete with uncovered Renaissance frescoes. In the old bishops’ castle, a meeting centre has been established for the use of Poles living abroad.
