Warsaw – Krakow – study tour

Day 1^st
Your arrival to the Warsaw airport where our tour guide welcomes you. Transfer by our coach to centrally located hotel in Warsaw . Check-in and time to relax. Later that day meeting with our tour guide for orientation. Welcome dinner at nearby restaurant, and overnight at your hotel. (D)

Day 2^nd
Breakfast at hotel. Next, starts your tour with our local licensed guide dedicated to the Jewish heritage of Warsaw:  the Jewish Cemetery, The Warsaw Ghetto Memorial, Anielewicz’s Bunker, the Judenrat Building, Umschlagplatz and Nozyk Synagogue. Break for your lunch and starts your guided visit to the Museum of History of Polish Jews. Evening time and dinner on your own, an overnight stay at hotel. (B)

Day 3^rd
Breakfast at hotel, check out from your rooms. Next, starts a half day tour with our local, licensed guide of Warsaw. Your tour includes a visit to the Lazienki Royal Garden and Palace on the Water visit to the Chopin’s Museum and the Old Town of Warsaw with the Royal castle (outside). Break for your lunch and departure with assistance of our tour guide, by our bus to Krakow, where you come at evening time. Check in at hotel located at the Krakow centre.  Dinner on your own, and an overnight at hotel. (B)

Day 4^th
Breakfast at hotel, then meet our local guide for ahalf day tour of Krakow. Your tour includes visit to the  Jagiellonian University (courtyard only) – second oldest University in Europe, set in XIV century, the Old Town, the Wawel Hill with its famous Cathedral and Royal Tombs and the State Rooms (Private Apartments closed till April). Break  for lunch at restaurant near the Wawel Hill. Afternoon part for the Jewish heritage and history in Krakow: Kazimierz – Jewish district followed by your available meeting with a Jewish community representative. Evening for your arrangements. Dinner on your own, and an overnight stay at hotel. (B)

Day 5^th
Early breakfast and departure by coach with our guide, for a whole day study tour in Auschwitz-Birkenau.The tour with local, museum guide will takes approximately  6 h. Next, return ride by our coach to Krakow and to your hotel.  Dinner on your own, and an overnight stay at hotel. (B)

Day 6^th
Breakfast and tour with our guide including Podgorze (Ghetto area),  the Oscar Schindler factory Museum followed by a visit to the Museum of the Contemporary Art (MOCAK). Return ride to your hotel, some time to relax.  Farewell dinner at a restaurant and night at hotel in Krakow. (B,D)

Day 7^th
Breakfast, check-out from your rooms and transfer to the Krakow airport, for your return flight. (B)
