Bus lines with the numbers starting from 100 and up stop at every bus stop and run daily. Lines with the numbers starting from 300 and up run from Monday to Friday.
Bus lines with the numbers starting from 500 and up run daily with less stops on the route, lines with the number starting from 400 and up run only at peak hours Monday to Friday.
Express bus– lines with the numbers E- 1 – E- 5 run only at peak hours Monday to Friday.
Suburban lines- lines which run to suburbs of Warsaw are with the numbers starting from 700 and up, the seasonal lines start with the number 800 and up.
Communal city and suburban lines run from 9 pm till 11 pm as validated.
Night lines – lines 601- 614 run on major routes to and from the parking near Central Railway Station (on Emilii Plater Street) at quarter to and quarter past every hour from 10:45 pm until 4:45 am.

Tickets for Warsaw transport have got a printing ZTM Warsaw on them and can be bought at any RUCH kiosk, from an automatic ticket machine or from the driver at some extra cost. Tickets are valid on metro, trams and buses.
